When you purchase a report from RevitalAIze, we collect the following information:

• Name — to personalise your report
• Email address — to deliver your report and for order records
• Date of birth — required for astrological calculation
• Time of birth — required for precise chart calculation (optional if unknown)
• Place of birth — city and country, required for geographic chart positioning

For Compatibility Blueprint purchases, we collect the same information for both individuals named in the report.

We do not collect payment card details directly. Payment information is handled entirely by Authorize.net, our secure payment processor.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used for the following purposes:

• To generate your personalised astrological report
• To deliver your report to your email address
• To maintain order and transaction records
• To respond to customer service enquiries
• To send you promotional communications about new products and offers (with your consent — you may opt out at any time)

Your name, email address, and birth data are retained in our secure system for order record purposes and to allow us to provide customer support. Birth data is not shared with or sold to any third party.

Your email address may be retained for promotional communications. You may request removal from our marketing list at any time by emailing report@revitalaize.com.

RevitalAIze uses the following third-party services in the operation of our platform:

• Authorize.net — payment processing. Your payment data is governed by Authorize.net's privacy policy.
• Prokerala API — Vedic astrological data computation. Birth data is transmitted to this service solely for chart calculation.
• Anthropic Claude API — AI-assisted narrative generation for report content.
• SendGrid / email delivery — for delivering your report to your inbox.

All third-party services are bound by their own privacy policies and applicable data protection laws. We share only the minimum information necessary for each service to function.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure server infrastructure, and restricted access to customer data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
