1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the RevitalAIze website (revitalaize.com) and purchasing any of our personalised astrological report products, you are entering into a binding agreement with AMRA International Trading LLC, a Florida limited liability company registered at 1108 Ponce de Leon Blvd, Coral Gables, FL 33134, USA ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). RevitalAIze is a registered trade name (DBA) of AMRA International Trading LLC.

All purchases made on this website constitute a contract between you and AMRA International Trading LLC. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are transacting with AMRA International Trading LLC, operating under the RevitalAIze brand.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

RevitalAIze provides personalised digital astrological reports generated using a combination of Vedic (sidereal) and Western (tropical) astrological systems, along with AI-assisted narrative generation. Products include but are not limited to:

• Cosmic Blueprint — personalised natal soul report
• Life Season Protocol — current Mahadasha season report
• 90-Day Cosmic Navigator — timing and calendar report
• Luminary Soul Blueprint — child development report
• Luminary Current — child seasonal report
• Luminary Navigator — child timing report
• Love Intelligence Protocol — relationship architecture report
• Compatibility Blueprint — dual-chart compatibility report

All reports are delivered digitally as PDF files to the email address provided at checkout, typically within 45 minutes of purchase.

3. Nature of Astrological Services

RevitalAIze reports are provided for informational, personal insight, and entertainment purposes only. Astrological reports do not constitute medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice of any kind.

RevitalAIze makes no guarantee, warranty, or representation that the information contained in any report will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You assume full responsibility for how you use the information provided.

RevitalAIze reports should not be used as the sole basis for any significant life decision including but not limited to medical treatment, financial investment, legal matters, or relationship decisions.

4. Purchasing and Payment

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorise RevitalAIze to charge your payment method for the amount displayed.

Payments are processed through Authorize.net, a secure payment gateway. RevitalAIze does not store your full credit card or payment details on our servers.

5. Digital Products — All Sales Final

All RevitalAIze products are digital goods delivered electronically. Due to the personalised, digital nature of our reports, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except in the specific circumstances described in our Refund Policy.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product and consent to its immediate delivery, and that you understand your right of cancellation (where applicable under law) is waived upon delivery of the digital product.

6. Accuracy of Birth Data

The accuracy of your personalised report is entirely dependent on the accuracy of the birth information you provide, including date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth. RevitalAIze is not responsible for inaccuracies in the report arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you at checkout.

If you are unsure of your exact birth time, our system offers methods to generate a report without it. Please read the guidance on each product page.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the RevitalAIze website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, report content, and system design, is the intellectual property of AMRA International Trading LLC and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

Your personalised report is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or publish report content without written permission from RevitalAIze.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMRA International Trading LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of RevitalAIze services or reliance on any information contained in a report.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

10. Changes to These Terms

RevitalAIze reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
